  • Reduced sail cuts with more optimised shaping help maintain top performance for longer performance

Highlights

EASY POWER WITH SPORTY HANDLING FOR MAXIMUM LIGHTWIND FUN HIGHLY RESPONSIVE CONNECTION

New Ozone Boom System: The Liteforce V2 features a new carbon boom with injection-moulded components engineered for zero movement where the boom joins the strut, delivering a rigid, highly responsive connection for precise control under load.

BIG POWER, SMALL FEEL

Compact design for low end torque and control: The carefully developed compact planform means that the tips are less likely to catch the water during manoeuvres. Low-drag aerodynamics as well as powerful pumping. This very direct and sporty feel gives the sense of riding a smaller size wing. The Liteforce V2 is especially good for making into-the-wind manoeuvres, like tacks, which is remarkable for these big wing sizes.

Smooth power generation with unreal top end: Using a performance 125g dacron material that is rigid and strong has allowed our designers to pre-load the leading edge so that its shape will have far less deformation under load. Giving you the confidence to session during periods that the wind may pick up, knowing you will still be able to hold on with more comfort and control. The airframe is 20% lighter than conventional Dacron. The leading edge and strut are made from a performance Dacron.

Designer Insight

“We stayed true to the Liteforce’s DNA; a light wind power machine that’s very easy to use and offers heaps of fun on the water. The V2 has been refined from every angle, with a cleaner power delivery while we’ve also improved the handling nimbleness and response. No more missing sessions, sat on the beach wondering if it’s windy enough. The Liteforce V2 is the ultimate addition to your summer quiver if you highly value your water time.” – CONNOR BAINBRIDGE, OZONE R&D TEAM

Rider Guidance

SHOULD YOU CHOOSE THE 6.6 OR 7.7M LITEFORCE?

The increased efficiency and speed of modern foils and boards makes it easier to use a smaller wing in less wind. So our advice on choosing your Liteforce V2 size is very simple. If you are under 90kg, we recommend the 6.6m. If you are over 90kg, we recommend the 7.7m.

ALL YOU NEED; NOTHING YOU DON’T

Combined with cutting edge manufacturing and the highly skilled craftspeople who apply their experience in our own in-house production facility, the Liteforce V2 is born light but genetically strong. We avoid adding surplus features or unnecessary cosmetic items to our designs and only use top of the line materials put through a rigorous testing programme. To be as efficient in flight as possible we have always believed in designing lightness combined with strength in our paragliders, kites, parawings and wings.

How to service your Lift Efoil Motor

Lip Seals and Oil Change

These instructions will walk you through the replacement of the two Lip seals and perform your own oil change.

Note: It will be easier to perform these repairs with the mast removed.

Step 1
If the Lift LCS is installed, remove the prop. For a conventional prop, remove the center bolt, then pull out the propeller and pin (the pin may fall out, make sure not to lose it). If the propeller is jammed, you may try to: a. lightly tap on it, b. soak it in water for about an hour, or, c. use a prop remover.

Step 2

Remove the four screws that connect the LCS base or shroud to the motor casing.  Slide out the LCS base or shroud.  Four replacement screws are provided.  Use NEW/provided Allen Wrenches to remove the screws.

Step 3
Remove the Rotary Seal from the shroud or LCS base.  Use a sharp object is required.  Replace with provided Lip Seal, open side facing motor.

Step 4
Use a sharp object to remove Lip Seal from motor.  Remove and replace the compression O-Ring.

Step 5
Remove the drain fill screw and replace the O Ring.  Tilt the motor with the screw hole facing downward. Without the seal and screw, the oil should drain easily; While the drain hole faces down, twist and rotate the motor housing in a circular motion to help the oil accumulate at the opening. If the oil appears very milky, clean it using brake cleaner. Use the straw attachment on the brake cleaner can to spray up the drain hole and help flush out any contaminants.

Step 6
Tilt the motor with the drain hole facing up.  Install the second Rotary Seal provided, open side facing prop.  Use syringe and thick needle provided to add oil to the motor.  You may need to use most or all of the oil.  The oil bottle provided contains slightly.  DO NOT OVERFILL.  If the oil reaches the top, remove about 5-10 ml using the syringe.

Step 7

Reassemble in reverse order.

Hover Wing Foil Board Size

Below is a rough guide to help determine Hover Wing Foil board size based on rider weight and skill level. A “beginner” rider is considered as someone with no previous board sport experience.

Keep in mind that additional factors, such as wind conditions, foil, and kite wing size will play an important role in the selection of the right board size.

As a rule of thumb, we recommend erring on the side of a more buoyant board with a volume that matches rider weight (for example, an 80kg rider will need at least an 80L board or larger). Riding a “sinker” will work in locations with steady, strong winds, while floatier boards prove to be a safer choice as they allow the rider to get back to shore even if the wind drops under a foilable limit.
