- We aim to send your order within 1-2 working days of it being placed (subject to payment authorisation and stock availability). This excludes efoils and flitecell orders, see below.
- We use Parcelforce Express 24 or Royal Mail First Class services in most cases, and Parcelforce 48 Large for board deliveries.
- If there is going to be a delay for any reason we’ll let you know so please ensure that your email address and phone number on the order are correct and ones you use!
- We will never send any marketing emails or sms to your contact details unless you have opted in to receive it.
Delivery Costs
We currently only deliver to the UK. Please contact us for international sales and delivery options.
All quoted delivery times are based on standard working days (Mon-Fri) and excludes public holidays.
Occasionally large or multiple items may be subject to additional delivery costs depending on shipping location. We reserve the right to contact you after an order has been placed to inform you of any delivery cost increase and you will be given the choice whether to continue with the order.

Fliteboard Delivery
Delivery to mainland UK is free. Please contact us for delivery to UK islands and Northern Ireland.
We keep a variety of efoil and board colour options in stock and aim to deliver your order within 2-3 working days of it being placed (subject to payment authorisation).
If you order something we do not currently hold in stock it can take approx. 10 working days for delivery, however, we will always do our best to shorten this time wherever possible.

Returns
We always try to ensure that all our products are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. However, if you are unhappy and wish to return an item then don’t worry, as long as an item is still in its original condition (including packaging and tags), we accept returns, subject to the rules below.
- If you return an item requesting a refund within 14 days of receiving it, we’ll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method.
- You will have a further 14 days to return the item at your own cost, unless otherwise agreed with us.
- We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- In conjunction with the Consumer Right Act 2015, if any items are unsatisfactory in quality, are not fit for purpose or aren’t as described, then you have 30 days to return for a full refund.
- For any wetsuit warranty you must return it clean and dry as we will not be able to process a wet or dirty suit!
- If you request a refund for an item during the above time frames but you can’t return it to us for some reason, please get in touch – however any refund will be at our discretion.

Please note that we will not be liable for any loss or damage to any returned items in transit and products remain your responsibility and property until we receive them. If returned items are lost or damaged in transit, we will have to charge you (or not to refund any amounts attributable to) such loss or damage.
Fliteboard Returns
We can also accept returns of Fliteboard efoils, subject to the terms below.
- You contact us to request a return within 14 days of receiving it.
- All items are still in their original condition (including packaging and tags), unused and undamaged.
- You will have a further 14 days to return the item at your own cost, unless otherwise pre-arranged with us.
- Any refund issued will exclude the original shipping and set up tutorial services, which are included in the package price. The cost of this is currently £500 +VAT.
- We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item by way of the original payment method.
- In conjunction with the Consumer Right Act 2015, if any items are unsatisfactory in quality, are not fit for purpose or aren’t as described, then you have 30 days to return for a full refund.
