Fully moulded in one shot from pre-preg carbon, its Monobloc construction integrates a now-reinforced SPINE internal structure and benefits from F-ONE’s Dynamic Structural Design. The layers of carbon fibres have been carefully distributed at 0° lengthwise to optimize stiffness in bending and at about 45° to optimize stiffness in torsion. Finally, its layup has been finely tuned and optimized for each mast length to offer the best performance in each sport and condition.
This mast features our new top plate and the updated TITAN 2 mast foot. The redesigned top plate is now compatible with our lockable T-nuts and includes our keyhole-shaped “Quick-Attach System” for faster assembly. The mast can be connected to virtually all boards on the market featuring the Twin-Tracks system and is compatible with all front wings using the TITAN 2 connection.

Technology
The TITAN 2 connection
The TITAN 2 connection introduces a revised design to deliver even greater efficiency, rigidity, and reliability at the critical junction between the mast and foil.
Pre-preg technology
Pre-preg makes the foils stiffer and stronger. With pre-preg fabrics, the carbon fibre is directly impregnated with epoxy resin by its manufacturer. This guarantees a perfect ratio between epoxy and carbon and represents the highest quality process. It is then cured at high temperature, bringing strength and durability.
HM
The High Modulus Carbon fibre layup is 1.5x stiffer than the regular carbon fibre used in other constructions. The percentage of high modulus fibre has been carefully adjusted to obtain the best stiffness in both bending and torsion while keeping enough comfort for any kind of practice.
SPINE
SPINE internal structure ensures the best rigidity and control while riding.
Dynamic structural design
Recognizing that the structural design (construction) of a foil is as critical as its geometrical design (shape), F-ONE applies its Dynamic Structural Design to transform foil performance by tailoring the carbon fibre layup to each foil’s specific program and use.
