The Carbon Mast 16mm thick is intrinsically very stiff and offers the best compromise between rigidity and glide. Its full Monobloc construction brings absolute rigidity and helps reduce drag to a minimum, leading to easier starts and the utmost connection between the foil and the board. Every small steering and input will immediately translate down to the foil, and the feedback will be just as direct.
The mast is in one piece and built in carbon pre-preg, all moulded and cured in one shot. Our SPINE internal structure ensures the best rigidity and control while riding. The layers of carbon fibres have been carefully distributed at 0° lengthwise to optimize stiffness in bending and at about 45° to optimize stiffness in torsion. Our specific layup leads to the best compromise between bending and torsional stiffness, allowing you to fully stay in control and comfortable in all situations and at high speeds.
This mast now features our new top plate and the updated TITAN 2 mast foot. The redesigned top plate is now compatible with our lockable T-nuts and includes our keyhole-shaped “Quick-Attach System” for faster assembly. The mast can be connected to virtually all boards on the market featuring the Twin-Tracks system and is compatible with all front wings using the TITAN 2 connection.
Available in 80 and 85 cm, this mast excels in all disciplines, with the 80 cm version specially refined for surf foiling: better pumping, fewer tip breaches, and precise manoeuvrability.

The TITAN 2 connection
The TITAN 2 connection introduces a revised design to deliver even greater efficiency, rigidity, and reliability at the critical junction between the mast and foil.
Pre-preg technology
Pre-preg makes the foils stiffer and stronger. With pre-preg fabrics, the carbon fibre is directly impregnated with epoxy resin by its manufacturer. This guarantees a perfect ratio between epoxy and carbon and represents the highest quality process. It is then cured at high temperature, bringing strength and durability.

Dynamic structural design
Recognizing that the structural design (construction) of a foil is as critical as its geometrical design (shape), F-ONE applies its Dynamic Structural Design to transform foil performance by tailoring the carbon fiber layup to each foil’s specific program and use.
